These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Éire Creations website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

About Éire Creations

Éire Creations is an Irish business specialising in personalised gifts, keepsakes and custom-made products.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Éire Creations.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, delivery address and personalisation details, is complete and accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. Where payment has already been taken and an order is cancelled by us, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Many Éire Creations products are made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for checking all information submitted for personalisation, including:

Names, dates, wording, spelling, photographs, colours and other requested details.

Please ensure this information is correct before placing your order.

Where a digital proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to check the entire design carefully before approving it.

Once a personalised item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalised and custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Customer-Supplied Photographs & Designs

When uploading or sending photographs, images, logos, wording or other content for personalisation, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that content for the requested product.

You remain responsible for content supplied by you.

We reserve the right to refuse content that we reasonably consider unlawful, offensive or inappropriate.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product. As many products are individually made, minor variations in positioning, finish or appearance may occur.

These minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to your order.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and may be changed from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Processing & Delivery

Our normal processing time is 2–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Delivery within Ireland after dispatch is normally estimated at 1–2 working days using a tracked delivery service.

Processing and delivery times are separate.

During Christmas and other particularly busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed where delays occur with postal or courier services outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

Personalised and custom-made products cannot generally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, incorrect or does not match what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Éire Creations name, branding, original product photographs, website content and original designs created by Éire Creations may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

This does not claim ownership over photographs, logos, characters, artwork or other material supplied by customers or owned by third parties.

Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We may update, change or discontinue products or website content when necessary.

Privacy

Personal information provided when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights available to consumers under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that statutory right will apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.

The version available on our website at the relevant time will apply, subject always to applicable consumer law.
